Always prep everything first and prep earlier than you think. You know how the cooking shows got all the spices and chopped stuff arranged in neat little bowls? Do that. Don't be the guy trying to measure out a teaspoon while in the middle of cooking.
Do dishes immediately, even while cooking. It takes less time to give a pan a quick rinse and scrub right after its been used instead of letting it get crusty and hard while you eat. Bonus: you get to roll right into wine and dessert and not worry about cleanup.

I don't clean the dishes immediately- that sounds awful, but I do clean and dry the nice kitchen knives immediately. I'm lazy about sharpening them and that helps

mix water and a few slices of lemon, lime, or a dash of vinegar to clean up the microwave

Use baking soda, dish soap, white vinegar, and boiling hot water to clean an air fryer basket.
