does it ever occur to you how massive the differences between the third world and the first world are?

if somebody from the third world traveled to America he wouldn't be able to believe what he was seeing was real. if you told an African that it's possible for human beings to fly and walk on the moon they'd look at you like you were insane. Imagine the reaction of a slum dweller in India watching a feminist tiktok about non binary gender theory or a youtube video of a drone strike in Ukraine. And that's just the technology gap. The people in the first world are so different physically and psychologically that they may as well be classified a different species. It's like we live in a time machine. The west is millions of years in the future and the rest of the world is thousands of years in the past.
